Baking Tomatos
Simple as anything! Just pop the tomatos ones in the oven, sprinkle with a little oil, and a tad of balsamic vinegar, leave for 15 minutes on 180’c, and Bob’s your uncle, you’ve got a tasty treat!
Serve on top of a tasty salad, or a bed of couscous and enjoy.
