Fish Jambalaya

Still trying to clear out the fridge till I leave Germany for Christmas (TOMORROW :D) ! Trying to make fish and peppers exciting for 3 days its a bit of a task, but one I was willing to take on!

So I made a pepper jambalaya with a nice piece of lemon fish on the top.

Ingredients

  • Rice
  • Pepper
  • Onion
  • Tomato puree
  • Stock
  • Fish

Method

  1. Saute with onions and peppers in a pan, then add the rice and brown for a few minutes. add the stock and tomato purree with water and boil until all water has been soaked into the rice and vegetables
  2. meanwhile fry the fish with lemon and salt.
  3. Eat!
