Still trying to clear out the fridge till I leave Germany for Christmas (TOMORROW :D) ! Trying to make fish and peppers exciting for 3 days its a bit of a task, but one I was willing to take on!
So I made a pepper jambalaya with a nice piece of lemon fish on the top.
Ingredients
- Rice
- Pepper
- Onion
- Tomato puree
- Stock
- Fish
Method
- Saute with onions and peppers in a pan, then add the rice and brown for a few minutes. add the stock and tomato purree with water and boil until all water has been soaked into the rice and vegetables
- meanwhile fry the fish with lemon and salt.
- Eat!
