Sorry for the big gap, I’ve been away in Milan! I’ve come back to an empty fridge and only freezer food so this is what I came up with!
Defrost the fish, squeeze lemon over it, add salt and fry.
Defrost spinach, and fry with balsamic vinegar and lemon
